DYXnet signed the “Mental Health Workplace Charter” jointly organised by the Department of Health, the Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council, and was commended as a “Mental Health Friendly Supreme Organisation”. We will strive to promote mental well-being at workplace including a respectful and positive environment, active listening and communication; and also aimed to create an inclusive and friendly workplace environment for colleagues with mental distress.

The Charter scheme has three specific objectives in mind –

1. Promote mental well-being at workplace including a respectful and positive environment;
2. Promote active listening and communication, encourage help-seeking, and facilitate early identification of mental distress and timely treatment; and
3. Create an inclusive and friendly workplace environment for colleagues with mental distress.
