According to a survey by Probe Research, IP telephony represented 20% of Internet traffic in 2002; but the figure will soar to about 60% in 2007, which is a 300% increment. The survey suggests that IP telephony is a must for communication in a very near future. VoIP services are good, but they are not providing enough features and scalability to enterprises. Instead, IP PBX is the solution for every enterprise to raise productivity and reduce operating cost.
