These new awards follow on from CNCCA The Best 2009 Outsourced Call Centre award and the Best Outsourced Call Centre Provider (Mainland China) Award from Global IP Communications Associations, showing that the efforts of DYXnet IP Call Centre are well-recognized and underpinning DYXnet’s leading position in terms of products and services that exceed clients’ expectations and set a benchmark for the industry.
The HKCCA Awards Presentation has been held annually since 1999 and is highly regarded within the industry. Each nominee must undergo rigorous assessment according to a range of criteria and only the most outstanding groups and individuals are honored with awards. Participants include well-known companies from various sectors including logistics, utilities, banking and telecommunications. Assessment includes site visits to evaluate the standard and performance of the call centre and its staff.
